RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

As some of our products are sold based off pre-orders, we do not accept any returns on pre-orders unless there was a mistake from our side such as the wrong size or if the product was found not fit for purpose.

THE FOLLOWING BELOW ONLY APPLIES TO NON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS. 

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivered date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to the customer from Shotterz Clothing

- Items purchased via sale or use of discount code are only viable for exchange or store credit

- We do not offer free returns, customers will have to pay for the return postage.  In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please contact us

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging it was delivered in

- If items do not match their original condition and cannot be resold then the goods will be returned to the purchasing customer

- Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned if not exchanged or returned for store credit and if the return has been accepted

- Once your return has been accepted you will receive your refund within the next working day and you will also receive an email to confirm the cancellation and refund

 

- Please use ROYAL MAIL for returns. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL
